Meet Our Founder
Founded by Shannon Turner-Anderson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience in acute, post-acute, and outpatient psychiatric care, Heavenly Touch of Class (HTOC) Mental Healthcare Services LLC provides compassionate, individualized, evidence-based mental healthcare to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Through patient advocacy, education, and personalized treatment, we strive to create a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing, emotional wellness, and improved mental quality of life.
What we Offer
Here at HTOC Mental Healthcare Center LLC, we provide effective, individualized, patient-centered mental health care in our office or through telehealth from the comfort of your home. We also offer mobile house calls for Group Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Psychiatry Services
Our psychiatric provider has experience of treating a wide range of disorders and illnesses, from mild to severe, whether you are seeking consultation or medication management. Our provider collaborates with your treating therapist, primary care physician, or other providers to support each patient's mental health and overall well-being.
Telehealth Services
Our secure telehealth services make quality psychiatric care accessible from the comfort and privacy of your home. Through live, confidential video appointments, patients across Florida and several other U.S. states can receive comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care without traveling to a medical office. Services are available in states where our providers are licensed and authorized to practice.
Medication-Assisted Treatmen(MAT) Program Maintenance
MAT new initiation or already initiated
Suboxone must already be initiated.
Random Drug Testing is required and is an additional fee.
It is ideal for someone who started MAT/Suboxone in rehab or an inpatient psychiatric facility and is looking to continue.
